Three out of six of my immediate neighbours are actively against in this ongoing matter, with the balance seemingly remaining 'neutral';  in the latest incident of 31st August 2020,  'Carole' from 161 was making her way singing down the stairs (circa 10am) - I delayed my descent until she had passed and had probably entered a ground-floor flat; she was found drinking outside in the yard - probably watered-down whisky, possibly lager; Carole was advised of the rules, (that is no public drinking in The Lye) - much swearing and abuse followed; my letter-box was discovered with further damage on my return at 1800 that evening (image is attached).
